BAKED BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. stew meat 1 can tomato wedges 1 tbsp. sugar 6 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, diced 3/4 c. celery, chopped 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 slice bread, torn into pieces Put all above ingredients into roaster pan in the order given. Pour 1 cup water over top. Bake covered for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
