4 egg yolks
1 c. sweet cream
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Vanilla

Mix together and boil until thick, stirring constantly as it scalds easily. Add nuts last. This is excellent for the filling between two layers of either white or chocolate cake.
