RICK'S PASTA AND DRESSING 
1 lb. favorite pasta or tortolini
1/8 c. (or more) cider vinegar
1/4 c. Gulden's mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch thyme
Pinch basil
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste

While Pasta is cooking, blend the remaining ingredients to a smooth mixture. When ready, serve and enjoy.
