1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. Pet milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Thoroughly mix all above ingredients. Spread into 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

ICING:

Bring 1 stick butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup Pet milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
