VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
5 qts. water
2 c. tomato juice
2 onions, chopped
3 lbs. neck bones, beef shanks
3 tsp. salt
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. tomatoes
Noodles
Carrots, chopped
Any other vegetables on hand

Noodles added in last hour preserve shape.

Combine and cook slowly (simmer) for several hours.
