BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 c. broccoli tips
2 c. white grapes, halved
1 bunch spring green onions, chopped
2 c. cheese, grated (med. cheddar)
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. toasted almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Mix dressing with vegetables. Top with toasted almonds. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
