MOCK ENGLISH TRIFLE 
3 c. strawberry yogurt
1 sm. angel food cake
12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 qt. strawberries
4 kiwis
2 tbsp. brandy or sherry, optional

Note: Most any flavor of yogurt and combination of fruits can be used. Choose your favorites. This looks great in a stemmed glass bowl and it is so easy to assemble.

Slice the fruits. Tear the cake into chunks. In a 2 quart glass bowl layer 1/3 the yogurt, then 1/3 the cake, douse the cake with sherry or brandy if desired. Then layer 1/3 the frozen topping, next 1/3 the fruit. Repeat sequence twice, finishing with fruit. Use the last layer of fruit to decorate the trifle.
