MOLDED FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD 
1 lg. can (29 oz.) fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Heat fruit cocktail to boiling. Mix powdered Jello in softened cream cheese. Add to hot fruit cocktail. Refrigerate until partially set. Add Cool Whip and blend. Place in a 8 x 12 inch glass dish and chill until firm.
