MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. red and green pepper, chopped

Prepare mixed vegetables as directed. Drain well. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil. Boil 5 minutes. Pour hot over vegetables. Chill. Add celery, onion, pimento and green pepper. Make day ahead and let set overnight.
