PEPPER STEAK 
Steak
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. flour
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
1 c. celery, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin

Slice steak in thin strips. Marinate in soy sauce for 10 minutes. Put oil in hot pan. Fry meat on high for 6 minutes. Mix flour and water, pour over meat and stir. Add salt and pepper. Stir-fry cabbage, onion, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil in hot pan for 6 minutes. Now add meat to mixture. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 to 6 more minutes.
