CHICKEN SALAD 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1/4 c. chopped onions (green or red)
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pickles
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. pkg. frozen baby peas

Boil chicken until well done and tender. Chop up into small pieces. Add celery, water chestnuts, onions, pickles, and peas. Fold in sour cream and mayonnaise; add salt and pepper to taste. Add more sour cream or mayonnaise if needed to your taste. Best the next day.
