BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lbs. round steak, cut in strips
Flour as needed to dredge meat
Butter as needed to brown meat
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 c. water
2 cubes of beef bouillon
1 c. water
1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Dredge meat in flour and brown in butter. Add tomato paste and water. Cook until meat is tender. Add more water if needed. Add bouillon cubes to 1 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add to meat mixture. Add sour cream and heat thorough. Serve on rice or noodles.
