CHEESY CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS 
4 whole chicken cutlets, cut in 1/2
1 egg, beaten
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 oz. Muenster cheese (slices)
1 can chicken broth

Dip cutlets in egg, then in bread crumbs. Brown lightly in oil. Place in baking dish, single layer. Slice 2/3 mushrooms and place over chicken. Put slices of cheese over mushrooms.

Slice remaining mushrooms and put over cheese. Pour broth over chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, uncovered.
