CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen chopped cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese, sliced
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg

Cook cauliflower and broccoli as directed. Set aside. Saute onion in butter; add milk, flour and egg. Cook on low heat until thick.

In casserole, layer: 1 layer of vegetables, 1 layer of sauce, 1 layer of cheese. REPEAT. Top with bread crumbs mixed with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
