POTATO BUNS 
Put 2 tablespoons yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 4 minutes. Meanwhile mix:

2 c. warm water
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
5 beaten eggs

Mix 4 cups bread flour with this. Then add the yeast mixture. Then add 2 cups mashed potatoes (Potato Buds mixed as directed on package work well). Then add 8 cups bread flour, kneading well after each cup.

Cover mixture with cloth. Let rise to double in size. Then form into shape rolls desired. Let rise to double, then bake. For sticky buns flatten mixture to about 1 inch. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll together, then slice 2 inches thick, and place into 9 x 12 pan which has been prepared with 6 tablespoons butter, sprinkle 3/4 cup brown sugar over butter, then dribble 4 tablespoons molasses over that. Let rise to double in size. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
