CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bag tortilla chips
1 chicken boned & chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 & 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can of RoTel Diced Tomatoes
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
American cheese slices

Partially crush chips in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Next layer chicken pieces. Mix and heat chicken soup, celery soup, chicken broth, chili powder, RoTels, onions, and green peppers. Pour over chicken and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes. Top with cheese slices and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Suggestion: Divide into 2 baking pans and 1 can be served for a later meal.
