POTATO SKINS 
First bake potatoes at 425 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Let cool. Cut into quarters lengthwise. Scoop out. leaving 1/4 inch thick shell.

SOUR CREAM AND ONION TOPPING:

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream dip with French onion
4 slices bacon
Season skins with salt & pepper

Place skins on broiler pan, broil 5 inches from heat 7 minutes or until golden. Top with cheese, broil 1 minute. Top with sour cream and crumbled bacon.

PARMESAN TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/8 garlic powder
Red pepper
