CHURCH SUPPER HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork sausage
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. paprika

Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.

BASTING SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. black pepper

In a small pan combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Add drippings from ham. Baste Ham Loaf with sauce and bake 15-30 minutes more.
