CAJUN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
Pinch salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix with spoon all ingredients in mixing bowl. Bake in greased 11x14 inch pan at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour icing on hot cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Boil sugar, milk and butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add coconut, pecans and vanilla.
