APPLE HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked ham, diced
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 apples, cored & sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. flour

Arrange the ham in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread mustard on top. Arrange the apple slices on top of the ham and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, orange rind and flour. Sprinkle over ham and apples. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
