MOCHA CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 24)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat firmly on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Chill.

In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and chocolate syrup.

In a small bowl dissolve coffee in water. Add to large bowl and mix well. Fold in whip cream and pour into pan.

Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional crumbs if desired.
