9 c. of your favorite Chex brand cereal
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate pieces, peanut butter, and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces of cereal are evenly coated.

Place cereal mixture and sugar in a large paper or plastic bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
