MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. container crushed pineapple, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Put Jello in large bowl, add 2 cups boiling water and add orange sherbet. Let it all melt. Then fold in Cool Whip. Use electric beaters until smooth. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple. Spread mandarin oranges and pineapple around in mixture so they are even. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, then serve.
