CHICKEN CANTRELL 
2 sm. broiler-fryers, 2 lbs. each, cut up into serving pieces
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
8 oz. creamy French dressing
1/2 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix. Skin chicken and dip into mix. Bake on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn once, baste occasionally with marinade. Serves 6-8.
