1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
2/3 c. peanuts, crushed

Mix these 3 ingredients well and press down in 9"x12" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix well and spread over cooled crust.

1 sm. box each instant pudding, chocolate chip, butter pecan (if available), French vanilla
2 3/4 c. milk

Mix puddings and milk, spread over other layers. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle (shaved) Hershey bar and chopped peanuts over top.
