MARINATED GREEN SALAD 
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
16 oz. French style green beans, drained
17 oz. baby English peas, drained
12 oz. shoe peg corn, drained
1 c. celery, chopped fine
5 green onions, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine

Bring vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Turn down heat and keep warm. Add all vegetables and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Overnight is best.
