MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans
1 (16 oz.) can sm. green peas
1 (12 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, drain well
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar chopped pimiento, drained
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. water

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, water and pepper in medium pan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar; cool. Combine vegetables and vinegar mixture. Do at least 12 hours ahead; stir now and then.
