BISQUICK CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat egg, add Bisquick and milk. Stir to make soft dough.

Knead lightly, just until smooth. Pat or roll out into rectangle 10 x 8 inches. Spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up tightly beginning with wide side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Place sealed side down on ungreased baking sheet.

Make cuts with scissors almost through roll at 1 inch intervals. If desired form roll in crescent.

Bake 15-20 minutes. While warm, glaze top with mixture of 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 2 teaspoons warm water.

Makes 10 to 12 slices.

Very good but kept the seam up and didn't cut all the way through. Perfect. Kept all the goodness inside and was able to put apart after cooked. Didn't listen to the sugar amounts, though. I completely covered with butter, then cinnamon, then white sugar and finally brown sugar. I didn't measure just covered the dough. With this amount of sugar it was perfect to keep the seam up so all the gooeyness stayed inside. The egg helps cut the Bisquick flavor.

First batch was good... tasted more like Hardee's Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits instead of a cinnamon roll.. think I need to roll out thinner for more cinnamon roll texture... but tasted good!

Yummy! This is one of my childhood favorites the aroma coming from the oven instantly transforms me into a little kid:) My only alteration is that I make a frosting to go on top -- 2 cups powder sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. soft butter. I use a whip attachment on my hand mixture until frosting is light a fluffy. My grandkids think I am "The Best" when I make these yummy rolls.

A great basic recipe. I'd made this before following the recipe and instructions exactly and wasn't too impressed with the results.. it was bland and tasted too much like pancakes with a little cinnamon and sugar . Well I found myself craving cinnamon rolls again and used this recipe as a base.

I substituted the milk with vanilla soy milk, just because I thought it'd be good and add a nice vanilla flavor, which it did ;)

I added about a tablespoon of butter to the dough mixture and also added in some sugar and cinnamon too. I increased the amount of butter you use to spread by 2 tablespoons and added extra cinnamon and sugar as well. Rolled it up, spread some butter on top of the roll then cut it at 1in intervals.. shaped it in to a crescent and topped it with some more cinnamon and sugar, baked for about 17 or 18 minutes at 350°F then topped it with about 1 cup off powdered sugar mixed with about 5 tablespoons of water and oooh myyy was it good! Everyone in the house ate about 3 rolls and raved about how delicious it was! My husband said they were the best he's ever had, no lie! Next time maybe I'll add in some cranberries and make a cream cheese frosting ;)

I have made these now twice. The first ones came out ok even though trying to cook with my 4 year old daughter in and out of the kitchen... I had forgot the egg. Ooops NOT! They turned out fine. This new batch is still baking (and it has the egg LOL) I have cut them into rolls both times. easier to grab and go for a busy Mom on the run. Enjoy.

I adjusted this a bit, used gluten free wheat flour, soy milk....oh wait. No I didn't. I used a quick cream cheese frosting recipe instead of confectioner's glaze to fatten it up with flavor.

Simple, yummy recipe. I cook dairy free due to allergies. I added one egg, and 2 tbsp tofutti "sour cream" based on reviews I read elsewhere of the same recipe. For the icing I added 2 tbsp tofutti "cream cheese" and a splash of vanilla.

These are great. I changed the recipe a little, and the dough was extremely moist after baking. You may think it's still sticky when trying to roll it out, but it'll be perfect. When baking these, you'll want a slight golden brown on top.

DOUGH ADJUSTMENTS
2-3 Tbsp of Butter
1 cup of Milk (instead of 3/4 a cup)
3 & 1/4 cups of Bisquick (instead of 3 cups)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 egg
Baking at 350°F for 20 minutes
Cut the rolls using floss. Slide floss underneath the rolled up dough, circle around the dough, and pull.

GLAZE ADJUSTMENTS
3/4 Tbsp of vanilla
4 Tbsp of melted butter
3/4 cups of sugar
4 tsp of cinnamon

I used MitchL's dough adjustment and buttered my baking dish. Before baking I sprinkled 1/2 cup of crushed pecans on top and for the glaze 1c powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 4 tbsp. water. Pour over the top while hot and let soak in for 15 minutes. And serve.
