PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 c. peanut butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. instant potatoes (dry)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites, beaten until slightly stiff

Combine ingredients in order given. Form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for about 12 minutes.
