ONION POPPY SEED PIE 
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz. frozen chopped onions (1 bag)
3 c. Bisquick
8-10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
2 eggs
Poppy seeds

Saute onions in 4 tablespoons of butter. Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs; add onions and half the cheese. Pour into greased pan (9x13 inch). Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Melt 4 tablespoons butter and drizzle on top. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the whole top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
