AUNT PAULINE'S PINEAPPLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
4 slices white bread, cubed
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted

Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, salt, and pineapple. Mix and place in casserole dish. Stir cubed bread into melted butter and scatter over top of pineapple mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with ham.
