1 lb. green beans
2 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Heat beans and 1 inch salted water to boiling. Cook uncovered 5 minutes, reduce heat. Cover and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
