OVERNIGHT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts (cooked, boned & cut in sm. pieces)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery

Saute onions and celery in 1 teaspoon butter, mix with chicken and set aside.

STUFFING MIXTURE:

2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. broth
1 lg. box Stove Top chicken flavor dressing & the seasoning packet

Do not go by directions on stuffing box. Mix these ingredients and set aside.

Beat together 2 eggs and 1 cup milk. Strain and set aside. In a 9"x13" glass baking pan, press half the stuffing mixture. Add all the chicken mixture. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Drizzle the strained egg and milk over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking. Top with 1 jar Heinz chicken gravy. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
