PINEAPPLE CRUSH CAKE 
1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. whipped topping

Grease and flour 2 cake pans. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Divide equally in pans. Bake 25 minutes or until done. Just cool.

Beat cream cheese, pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spread on one cool layer of cake. Cover with crushed pineapple. Top with second layer. Cover. Top with whipped topping.
