CRAB SALAD 
3 c. tiny frozen peas
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. finely diced celery
3 c. seedless green grapes

Cut all grapes in 1/2 cup, cut imitation crab meat into 1/2 inch lengths. Combine peas, crab meat, water chestnuts, celery, and grapes.

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients and top with almond slivers. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
