CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 can water chestnuts
2-3 stalks fresh celery
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 onion

Put crab meat, celery, onions, and drained chestnuts in bowl. Make sure all the ingredients are chopped then add sour cream and mayonnaise. Let chill 1 hour before serving. Serve on pita or rye bread.
