BAR B QUE LAMB 
1-2 racks breast of lamb
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1-2 bottles Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce (the original flavor)
1 c. water

Wash and trim fat of lamb off. In a roasting pan place rack of lamb. Add water, vinegar and garlic. Bake in oven for 1/2 hour. Remove meat from pan. Drain remaining liquid from pan. Put meat into pan, cover with the sauce. Bake until meat is very tender and juicy. Meat will fall off bone. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes when sauce is added.
