OVEN BAR-B-Q BEEF BRISKET 
Large trimmed brisket or family roast (5 lbs.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
Onion flakes or powder
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 bottle Bar-b-q sauce

Lay beef on heavy duty foil in Pyrex dish which will be wrapped around beef before baking. Sprinkle beef with seasonings. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of seasonings. Wrap tightly in foil. May be frozen at this point for later use. Place in 225 degree oven for about 6 hours. Drain off juices and cover meat with Bar-b-q sauce. Re-seal foil around meat and bake for 45 additional minutes. Slice on the diagonal.
