BRAZILIAN COFFEE 
1/2 c. instant coffee granules
2 c. boiling water
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. milk
Whipped cream
Grated chocolate

Dissolve coffee in boiling water in top of double boiler; add chocolate; place over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is blended. Add sugar and salt; bring to boiling; boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Place over boiling water; add milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture is hot. Beat until light and frothy. Pour into 6 to 8 cups; top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of grated coffee.
