SHRIMP SALAD 
3 lbs. boiled shrimp
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c. celery, thin diagonal
1/2 c. green onions, fine diagonal
Sliced fresh mushrooms

MARINADE:

3 tbsp. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dill weed

Cook shrimp and marinade overnight. Toss with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper before serving.
