IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced, pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. softened butter
Streusel

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices, turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Streusel, until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife comes out clean, 55-60 minutes.

STREUSEL:

Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons butter until crumbly.
