BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 5 slices bread, toasted and cubed 6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Saute' sausage and drain well. Set aside. Beat eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan well. Put bread on bottom. Put sausage on top of bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour eggs over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 8. |
