CHICKEN SALAD FOR 25 
1 1/2 c. Rosemarina (pasta)
4 c. chopped celery
1 diced onion
1/2 diced green pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cans Mandarin orange sections
6 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 c. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream - whipped

Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Rinse and chill. Combine with celery, onion and green pepper. Fold in oranges and chicken. Mix seasonings with dressing - then combine with salad ingredients. Before serving, add 1 cup toasted slivered almonds.

Lo-cal Miracle Whip may be used and whipping cream eliminated. Still tasty!
