CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 c. raw rice 1 env. Lipton onion soup 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. water 2 lbs. raw chicken Put rice in bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle onion soup over rice. Place chicken on top. Add the can of mushroom soup over that. Add 1 1/2 cups water over entire dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves about 4. |
