CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cinnamon
Walnut halves
Muffin pan

Mix cream cheese and sugar together. In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla together. Add egg mixture to cheese. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of paper muffin cup. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with walnut halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Variation: Top cool tarts with cherry pie filling.
