PASTA SALAD 
Your favorite pasta noodle shapes (1 lb. or so)
1 lg. tomato (peeled and chopped finely)
2 cucumbers (peeled and chopped finely)
1 sm. onion (peeled and chopped finely)
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook pasta by directions on pack (for a buttery taste add tablespoon of butter to water while pasta cooks). Drain and let cool. Peel and chop up vegetables in very small pieces. Add vegetables to cooled pasta salad and stir. Add mayonnaise and stir until all is well blended. Keep refrigerated. For extra flavor add salt, pepper or 2 tablespoons ranch dressing whichever suits your personal taste.
