TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lb. beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
1 sm. sour cream
1/3 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 c. crushed nacho cheese chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
Hot sauce

Brown beef and onions, drain. Stir in taco mix, water, green pepper and simmer 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 pieces; spread on 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle 1 cup of chips over crust. Spoon meat over crust, spread sour cream over meat mixture. Cover with cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown. Check sometimes it doesn't take that long, depends on your oven.
