FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. of heavy cream
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Chopped parsley
1 pkg. of fettucini noodles

Heat butter and cream in saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper. Stir until sauce is blended and fairly smooth. Add to noodles and toss until they are well coated. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and the chopped parsley. Serve at once. Serves 6.
