Cook 1 package chocolate pudding as directed (not instant). Remove from stove and add 1 package chocolate cake mix. spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, in 350 degree oven. Delicious.
