ASPARAGUS SOUP 
1 lb. fresh asparagus, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Cook asparagus, onion and chicken broth. If desired, blend until smooth. Heat butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until mixture reaches boiling. Stir in asparagus puree and milk. Stir a little hot mixture into sour cream and add into hot mixture. Add lemon juice.
